Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you want. Each ticket you buy is another chance to win—if you buy 3 tickets, you have 3 times more chances than someone with only one. Each raffle indicates the maximum number of tickets per person if a limit applies.
Cuando se realice el sorteo te contactaremos directamente por WhatsApp o Instagram con la orden de compra con la que participaste. El premio se entrega por envío a domicilio, retiro en persona o transferencia bancaria según el tipo de premio — todo se coordinará contigo antes de cerrar el proceso. We will notify you in advance through our social media channels and contact you directly. We never keep money from a giveaway that was not carried out.
When you pay by credit or debit card on the website, you will instantly receive an email confirmation of your purchase, along with your order number. That order is your proof of entry for the raffle. If you do not receive a confirmation, please write to us—no payment goes unanswered.
The winner is chosen live on our social media based on their purchase order number. Everything is recorded and published for anyone to review. There's no way to cheat: the result is generated in front of everyone and is timestamped.
